Do you understand this knowledge about sports

If you buried your desk all day long, would you also like to exercise in your spare time? But what time is the most suitable exercise? Where is exercise more beneficial to body and mind?

Each person's internal physiological clock regulates the body's operation, including when it is suitable for exercise.

In principle, you can exercise in the morning. But because not all bodily functions have begun to run at full speed, it is more appropriate to do long-term exercises in the morning, such as jogging, cycling or aerobic gymnastics. Exercise is best started before breakfast, but remember not to fasting. Rest after lunch, your body takes about two hours to digest food.

From 4 pm to 7 pm, it is the best time to exercise because the body is running at full speed. Afternoon is best for weight training and high-strength and skillful long-lasting sports such as tennis or martial arts. Dr. Ingo Froböse suggested that if you feel relaxed during exercise, we can increase the intensity of exercise depending on the situation. Evening is also a good time for exercise, but it is best to end before 8 o'clock, because at this time our physical functioning will begin to slowly decline.

The hidden crisis of limb paralysis

If you sit in the same position for a long time, sometimes your hands and feet may feel pinched or paralyzed. Most of these phenomena have no harm. As long as we reactivate our limbs, the numbness will disappear. When the nerves do not get enough oxygen or are obstructed, the body will be paralyzed. At this time, messages will be transmitted to the brain to instruct our bodies to move to achieve relaxation. If the hands and feet are often in a "sleepy state" and cannot be dissipated for a long time, it is best to seek medical assistance. This may represent suffering from disc herniation, multiple sclerosis, or a genetic condition - polyneuropathy, which makes nerves sensitive to stress.

 Feeling healthy

To avoid stagnant thrombosis, in addition to wearing elastic stockings, you can actually do some simple exercise to keep the blood circulating in your legs. The first step is to move your toes and heels just in turn. Next, you can use your hands to grab the armrests of the seat and allow yourself to extend upwards away from the seat without standing up. After returning to your seat from the previous action, keep your feet flat against the floor and press hard on your thigh several times. Repeating the above actions several times yields better results, and because it can be completed in the seat, it will not cause other people to look. Of course, if possible, take a few steps every hour. Staying in a confined room is prone to lack of oxygen. When you sit in the office, breathing becomes shallow, resulting in fatigue and lack of concentration. On the contrary, when we exercise in fresh air, the body will inhale more oxygen and exhaust gas from the lungs, making us more active and in a better mood. It will also work in bad weather! So when you are apathetic and exhausted, go to nature and breathe fresh air!

 Fresh air is also effective

A Korean doctor once conducted an experiment on a group of elderly women. Forty-three people went for a walk in the woods for an hour and 19 people walked in the city. They found that people who walked in the woods had significantly lower blood pressure and improved arterial elasticity. Instead, they walked in cities. A group of physical conditions did not change. A Japanese study showed that walking in the woods can lower blood pressure, heart rate, and stress hormones. Tokyo's Japanese medical school also found that there are signs that walking in the woods can start a natural killer cell in the immune system that fights cancer.
