Running at a constant speed is the first principle of the game
Speed is a concept often used in the training of marathon. We often say that the speed usually refers to the distance (distance / time) running in one minute / one hour; and the speed is a kind of speed, which is required per kilometer. Time (time/distance) is one of the most important abilities in endurance running.
A reasonable speed and rhythm plan is the key to a smooth finish! On the marathon track, the runner mode is different, but there are only a few common paces to run: fast, slow, fast, fast, and even. Sports physiologists have pointed out that the best way to target a marathon is to run at a relatively uniform speed.
Regardless of the whole or the half, remember the first principle of the marathon: uniform speed! Constant speed! Constant speed is the soul of marathon!
